Ushi Gumani qualified from London Guildhall in 2001 with a LL.B (Hons). She thereafter obtained a Merit in her Licensed Conveyancing Course. She specialises in Residential Conveyancing. Ushi has over 20 years experience in the property law field and works with a range of clients; from first time buyer’s to developers purchasing large plots. The favourite part of her work in the sale and purchase process is telling her clients the keys to their new home are ready to collect. Ushi prides herself in updating clients regularly and explaining the sale and purchase process to them. Ushi has been with Layzells Solicitors since 2012.

Outside of work, Ushi practises yoga, has a keen interest in ayurveda and travelling.
