Rudina Ganaj

 Rudina graduated from the University of Westminster with a First Class degree in LLB (Honours) Law and completed her Legal Practice Course at the College of Law with Distinction. She subsequently joined Fairbairn Smith & Co, where she trained and was a partner for 8 years, having been made a partner upon qualification in 2006. Rudina joined Layzells in 2014.

Rudina undertakes a full spectrum of residential conveyancing matters including freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, unregistered titles and assents, transfers of equity and remortgages, new builds and off plan purchases, auctions, shared ownership and Right to Buys and non-contentious lease extensions. She prides herself on providing an efficient, professional and technically excellent service to clients, combined with a friendly and personable approach. Rudina is extremely client focused and proactive in progressing transactions and she aims to make the moving experience as stress free as possible by conducting regular file reviews and ensuring that her clients are kept fully informed of the progress of their transaction.
