Keith Brooks

Solicitor

Keith Brooks qualified as a solicitor in 1984. He was admitted as an equity partner into a niche West End Practice in 1986, where he became one of the managing partners in 1998. Keith joined Layzells in 2012 shortly after he and his family moved into the area.

He specialises in acting on site acquisitions for property development clients and together with his team the resales of the plots as either finished units or off plan.

He also focuses on investment property from an individual building to larger portfolio purchases. This includes advising on the type of vehicle by which to acquire a property be it on or off-shore companies where appropriate.

Keith represents several companies who transact on Brownfield Sites and Contaminated Land . He is conversant with the technical and legal aspects for ground remediation. We feel that being able to offer such specialist advice in this complex area is an asset for a local practice.

Part of Keith`s practice includes representing clients buying and selling their own homes from first time buyer through to the prime market.

Keith`s team is made up of his legal assistant , Property Executive , Andrea Lawrance and his PA ,Samantha McDonagh both whom have worked with him for over 20 years.
